Tam Vuong (she/her/hers) is the Senior Director of Information Strategy and Analytics (ISA) for University Development and Alumni Relations (UDAR) at the University of California, Berkeley.
Working closely with UDAR and campus leaders, the ISA team provides expertise and leadership that informs strategy and decision-making across UC Berkeley's advancement community. ISA delivers tools and solutions that enable donor-centric, coordinated, and transparent development and alumni engagement efforts with the aim of accelerating fundraising productivity.
Tam began her career in higher education advancement in Annual Giving at Pomona College. She then leveraged her love for systems, processes, and data analytics by switching over to Advancement Services. She joined the Advancement Information Management team at UC Berkeley in 2008 and has led the reporting and analytics team since 2013.
Tam holds a BA in International Relations from Pomona College, an MBA from the Claremont Graduate University's Drucker School of Management, and an MLIS from San Jose State University.
