Katherine (Katy) Galli-Kreps (she/her/hers) is the Executive Director of Donor Relations in the University Development and Alumni Relations (UDAR) department at the University of California, Berkeley.
Katy leads an exceptional team that manages UC Berkeley’s campuswide donor acknowledgment, recognition, and stewardship programs. She has been at UC Berkeley since 2008, and before that, she worked in tech, managing employee equity programs for companies on the east and west coasts. She is passionate about the mission of the university and proud of her role in the essential work of stewarding its donors in meaningful ways.
Katy serves on the Association of Donor Relations Professionals Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and conference planning committees, as well as on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of West Contra Costa County.
A proud Golden Bear, Katy holds a degree in Art History from UC Berkeley. She recharges through gardening and spending time outdoors and loves connecting with people and hearing their stories.
