Jennifer Sierras (she/her/hers) is the Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer of Advancement Information Services (AIS) in the University Development and Alumni Relations (UDAR) department at the University of California, Berkeley.
Jennifer is responsible for the portfolio of technologies used throughout our organization and supported by the AIS teams. Before joining UDAR and AIS, Jennifer served in many technology leadership positions at Sutter Health, including VP IS Client Services and CIO, System Office and Freestanding Businesses. During her tenure, she led numerous technology-dependent transformational initiatives as well as launched and co-chaired the DEI Employee Resource Group for Cognitive and Intellectual Abilities. Jennifer’s servant leadership passion extends into her volunteer roles as Vice Chair – Best Buddies International, Sacramento Chapter Advisory Board, and Finance Committee Chair – Winters Health Foundation Board of Directors.
