How to Request Services
- Visit identity.berkeley.edu/downloads.php
- Fill out Job Request Form
After your submission, your request will be reviewed and an editor, designer, and web developer (if applicable) will be assigned. The editor will schedule a kick-off meeting to discuss the project timeline, scope of work, rounds of revisions, and review and approval processes. In the case of complex projects, the partner will be emailed a creative brief to fill out and bring to the kick-off meeting.
Please note that a discovery meeting may be required for some new projects before any work begins. At the discovery meeting, the partner will be invited to meet with Marketing Communications directors to assess the scope and feasibility of the project request.
To ensure proper planning and resources, we ask that you please submit requests as early as possible. (Based on project size, at least an eight-week advance notice is ideal.)
Please note that new websites require, at a minimum, a three-month time frame to allow back-end building and testing.
We provide assistance as well as consultation. While we cover the costs for certain fundraising materials, most hard costs are paid for by the project partner.
