We are committed to helping you, the campus fundraising community, strengthen university relationships by providing donor-centered programs, events, and services.
We also advise the university community on all matters of protocol including visits by high-ranking government officials, the UC Office of the President, Regents, and other dignitaries.

- Fill out the External Relations Event Request Form
After your submission, your request will be reviewed, and you can expect follow-up within 72 hours. If approved, the assigned event manager will schedule a kick-off meeting to discuss event needs, including the timeline and logistics, invitations and guest lists, event collateral, program content, and event follow-up communication.
To ensure proper planning and resources, we ask that you please submit requests as early as possible (a four- to six-month advance notice is ideal).
We provide assistance as well as consultation. Any costs incurred will be covered by the partners.
